Duncan McKeever is a senior finance and operations executive with over 35 years of experience advising middle-market businesses on capital formation, debt restructuring, and exit strategy execution. He has completed more than 30 acquisitions and 20 company sales across the energy, financial services, and security sectors. Duncan previously served as CFO and COO of Sweetwater Security Systems, where he oversaw acquisitions backed by securitized revenue streams. He also co-founded and led Realtime Medicine as CFO and held senior roles in retail and wholesale energy procurement. His expertise spans financial reporting, equity financing, operational turnarounds, and systems implementation. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas State University.
